DeNoize has developed a noise reduction technology that produces a vibration that is exactly opposite to the incoming sound.
DeNoize’s technology consists of actuators, sensors and an underlying algorithm to effectively and actively suppress low-frequency noise.The system can be mounted in the window frame and works by mirroring the incoming vibration pattern in the movement of the window.
The company was founded in 2019 by Aman Jindal, an alumnus of TU Delft, after which co-founder Olivier Schevin quickly joined, bringing a solid background in applied acoustics research. Since its inception, the team has been able to build and test various prototypes. As a result, DeNoize has now delivered a solid basis with which the company has been able to attract Schiphol as a co-development partner.
