Milestone-based disbursement
Approximately 12 months of runway
Interest: 5% + reference rate (4% paid quarterly, remainder capitalised)
Active support from investment managers

An (IP) relationship with a university in the region
A strong, ambitious and complementary team (or demonstrably in formation)
Unique technology with a sustainable competitive advantage and a clear IP position
Technology at TRL 3–5 and compliant with EU SME criteria
A realistic validation plan leading to follow-on funding or cashflow
Ambition to achieve measurable impact for people, planet and society
Based in South Holland
A company less than 5 years old
